Don't use this guy...I hired this company to do a total rewire job on my house. He wants to charge extra for things that should have been included in his $5500 bid, I was charged $280 for 2 exterior GFCI outlets required by building code.. He clamed he did not know it was code to have GFCI outlets on the exterior of the home. Well, It's his business to know the code. Plus he wanted extra for me to be able to turn the ceiling fan on and off from a switch. The contractor stated "what's wrong with having to turn the ceiling fan on and off from a pull chain." You would think for $5500+$280 they could make it right. Too greedy I guess. No telling how much that would have cost to be able to turn my light on from a switch. Stay away from the company.
