I attempted to cancel my membership but it doesn't matter if you fax a membership cancellation to them because they'll claim they didn't get it when you ask them why they're still trying to take money out of your bank account you closed months ago when you left the area. After telling them I sent the request, "We don't lose paperwork" is what they said. I asked if I could send my fiance's orders from the Navy that show when we moved and they said that would cancel my membership...thirty days from the date that they receive the fax! They won't even use common sense and cancel it 30 days from the date I moved even though I obviously would not have used that gym since I'm living in New Hampshire 1200 miles away! I have no choice but to repay them or they'll continue to charge me. Whatever you do, don't go to this place. They're completely uncooperative, they don't return calls, and they take advantage of you any chance they get. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
