I took my Acura TL to Modern Tire 11/19/2020 to have my oil changed & a few other odds & in's addressed. I am new to the area & VERY cautious about who I allow to work on my vehicle! The atmosphere of the shop was friendly & clean (for a mechanic shop). I began to regret my decision when the first employee (a young fellow without a name tag) seemed very inexperienced & could care less about what i was saying came to get my car. Apprehensive, I watched him struggle to crank my car. When my car was handed off to the mechanic named Brett, he immediately assessed my car's needs, informed me of safety issues & even showed me what he was talking about, he spoke to me with respect (unlike most mechanic shops that think women are easy to rip off). Brett worked in a diligent & professional manner & he got all of my main concerns with my car repaired within my budget! Brett kept my stress level to a minimum during my visit and his work is above satisfactory! He is knowledgeable & a great asset to this company. Modern Tire now has a life long customer thanks the outstanding services I received yesterday not only from Brett, but the entire Staff! In the future I am comfortable & confident in leaving my car in this mechanics hands & I know it will get done right away the right way!

I’ve been in Modern Tire numerous time for everything from a nail in the tire to having all of my tires changed. One of the times one of my children filled a car tire with the green goo and that car had the ability to sense the tire pressure. Well the goo filled the tire stem and Johnny spent the better part of an hour cleaning it out so I wouldn’t have to spend $325 at the dealership for a new one. On top of all of that fantastic service, I’ve been given a military discount each and every time I’ve been in there. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

I have had two experiences with modern tire first time they scratched my brand new rims the second time my wife went to get a patch put in her tire they charged her $20 and didn't put a patch in it it was flat the next morning took it to another tire store they took it off the room showed us there was no patching
