Poor service,they're charging shipping for a pad that was the wrong size so I'm paying to ship the pad back and paying for the new pad to be delivered.Not very good customer relations or customers service. Don think I'll be dealing with them again.

I received a used trampoline from a friend and knew I would need a new mat. I must confess I ordered on line and did not measure as accurately as I should have. I received an email questioning my measurements...I responded...within a couple of hours a received a phone call (it was a saturday) letting me know that the person in charge of the mats had left for the day and it might be a day or two before he responded...he answered my email later that night. I have NEVER ordered from a company that tried that hard to make sure I was ordering the correct item. I was truly impressed! Great Job!

Great product. Fits great. Very bouncy. My kids love jumping on it. Fast service. Mat was sent out with in one day and arrived within a week. Great price. Great experience. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks!

We debated whether or not to spend the extra cash for a "high quality" pad for our trampoline. We are SO glad we did. The pad is so strong and durable and has improved the safety and the appearance of our trampoline tenfold. The pad is thick and strong and the covering is made of a very durable material. TOP NOTCH product- and I am a very picky consumer. We looked at a ton of products- this is absolutely the BEST out there. Buy it, you won't regret it.

Our last trampoline pad from another company was decimated by the sun. This one is more durable and it fits better than the last one too.

I was a bit concerned about the measurements I had taken but your staff answered the questions I had and also gave me advice about which springs we should be using Our mat fits perfectly It was also shipped very quickly and our kids are back to jumping their hearts..
