After months of dealing with Jessica and still not getting anywhere I decided to contact Jason Varner directly. I told him that something needed to happen as Jessica had created more problems than I started with. He immediately began yelling and cussing at me. He said that he has plenty of other customers and that my policy didn't matter to him. He told me that I had no idea what I was talking about. He refused to remove a $440 bill from collections that had wrongly been put there. I continued to question him and he told me I was on my own and hung up on me.
