As a community member, they are not responsive. They would not return my calls even after calling them every day, they told me they could not give me information about our board, which we elected, because they had jobs?? As if I don't. Yet I am living in a mud pit because they will not get back with me about landscaping approval? Really, Its grass and bushes and would not give an eta. Horrible, horrible communication and don't seem to care.

I am not on the Board for our community but RTI has been wonderful in addressing our needed, and we are needy HAHA. I do not agree with all the rules sometimes but I understand it keeps the place looking nice. I would not want to have a job in management as some people are crazy in our community. RTI is very friendly and goes out of their way to help.
