Great business experience. Elmo Motors was very professional working on my 2005 Honda Accord. Fixed the problem first try. Very honest people with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend them.

bad business bad sales bad service do not buy from elmo broad st and new britain ave,Send my Daughter to buy a vehicle, a 1999 honda crv for$ 2,500 with Broken Motor mounts, broken, upper ball joints ,lower ball joints, cracked axle, no emission no oxygen sensor gave us a key that does not open the vehicle any door at all including the rear cargo door , only turns the vehicle on ,all kinds of safety issues, needed front brakes, rotors, back brakes, drums, starter, bad bearings, when it rains, water leaks inside the vehicle i had to pay for everything here Elmo did not want to fix the vehicle even if i paid him, i basically bought a vehicle in order to put money before i even ride it or even put my 3 grand children in this piece of junk , he said that the only thing wrong with the vehicle was brakes and an oxygen sensor asking all my friends, neighbors , and the community to stay away from Elmo motors on the corner of broad st and new britain ave i took it to the honda dealers they told me took take it back , in which i did not do, i took it to my mechanic on franklin ave Gurabo Auto sales,Juan the owner told me it was illegal to sell a vehicle like that in that condition extremely poor and unsafe condition . bad business i hope that the 2,500 dollars i spend on it would cost him $10.000 dollars in fines . i reported Elmo to the motor vehicle and filing a complaint,i also am filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau for bad business in our community buyer be ware Elmo is a rip off selling junk automobiles from the auction and not even having the courtesy of doing a 51 point safety check inspection i sold cars for Liberty Honda,Thomas Cadillac Gengras motors, Marc Nissan, for over 14 years i learned that if you give bad service to a customer they will tell all of their friends and that brings bad business, Being loyal to my customers and faithful was my top priority which brings loyal customers every time they need a vehicle time after time. i am extremely upset i don't know if in his country that is legal but not in america Elmo should of Offer to take that vehicle back and got us a decent one, or fix the vehicle properly before it was to be put up on the lot for sale, so that he would know what he has is quality not garbage, if any body has any questions feel free to contact me djchillwill69 @gmail.com
