Went to the Harrisburg office one time. Wasn't impressed at all. Sort of acted like they were doing you a favor. Most of the intial interest was in "what insurance do you have". Even asked for payment before the evaluation session even occurred. On posted communication it was nearly impossible to get a live person on the phone. This outfit seems to be all about churn and burn for the buck. Would go else where if I need this type of service in the future.
