I was so pleased with the way they introduced my 2 year old to the cleaning tools. He was nervous at first, but ended up laughing when his dentist was showing him everything. When he was uneasy about sitting in the chair, they let him sit on my lap. He was so excited to get some toys and stickers at the end. It couldn't have gone better!

$150 deposit to get on the list to get an appointment scheduled? 10 Business days to file insurance papers? Even my insurance thought that was a bold face lie! Couldn't even put a temporary fix in for my 3 year old 's tooth so he could eat. Treated like it was not a big deal that he was afraid to eat due to pain. Found someone who could treat him in a timely manner and did a temp fix so he could actually eat, called for a refund of my "hostage fee" and suddenly they want to bend over backwards to try to help and are hesitant to get me my refund. Staff was nice but their business practices are shady.
