Dr Farrell is one doctor who...

Dr Farrell is one doctor who cares and listens to my concerncs. The entire office staff is incredibly considerate and helpful. I never feel rushed, and Dr. Farrell always takes the time to explain everything in great detail. My wifes contacts and glasses where easy to pick amoung the large selection, and the price was better than the box store. Shop local, support local, avoid the out of state chains - see Dr. Farrell for your next eyecare needs. That's what I tell my friends and you too!

Poor Customer Service

My mother had surgery there a little over a year. When Dr. Farrell did the surgery she did not place the lens in her eye correctly which caused discomfort. We tried several times to talk with her about this and finally we asked for a records transfer. She then called my mother and had the nerve to yell at her and tell her that she did everything for her. My mother is 80 years old and only had the surgery because she recommended it. Now she was told by another Ophthalmologist that she will need to have another surgery that Medicare will not cover.
