Great product

I had 18 Ultramax units installed 3 years, my heating and cooling bill dropped 35%. A lock broke and the local branch gave me one from stock. I highly reccommmend Alside Windows and siding.

Do not purchase Alside from any company!!

I went with Alside windows from a local distributor to replace most of the windows in my 3 rental properties, as well as my own home. After a couple of months, there were hardly any windows between the 4 homes that did not have problems; seal failure, cracking, fogging, and cold air leakage, just to name a few. Although under “100% Warranty”, the company refuses to replace or repair these problems. Shoddy product and a bad warranty, don’t go for Alside.
