I am so pleased with the service that i received at Thompson's! From the moment i called and spoke to Jeff, the owner, to the moment when i got my car back and realized Jeff had even turned my AC on for me when i was ready to leave! Such sweet people and very great prices. All other shops were going to charge me around $500, Jeff and his great staff only charged $253. I highly recommend!

I was stranded in Delaware with a cracked radiator, needing to get back to Baltimore. I called several shops in the area and no one could get me in for a few days. I called Thompsons and they told me if I could get to them before 2:30pm, they could get me in. When I limped my vehicle into the parking lot they were waiting for me. They diagnosed the problem within 15 min. and had found I had a bad fan as well as my radiator. Thompsons had all parts ordered arrived and installed within 2 hours. Top notch service! Thanks to all the guys at the shop for the fast service and saving me a whole lot of money!!
