Recently I called ahead and ordered 6 foot-long subs to be picked up from this location. I gave them an hour to make them and then went to pick them up. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, the unfriendly young woman behind the counter told me they still hadn't made two of the subs because they had been too busy. It took her another 10 minutes to make two foot-long subs and an additional six-inch I ordered when I got there. The problem is not that this location is too busy, it is that their employees are too slow. While I was there the phone rang repeatedly but the two employees never answered it. There was no hurry visible in their actions and one even paused in her work to converse with a customer.
