If I could give zero stars, I would. A friend referred me to Rena, and it went well at first, she was kind and was open to what I was asking of her. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she led me to believe that she could do it. After about 3 hours, it was finally time to see the finished product. I looked in the mirror, and to my horror, I had two yellow zebra stripes right by my face from the top of my head down. I expressed my feelings for them, telling her I just did not like the front streaks. She began to get angry and tell me that was what I wanted. However, she only said she could blend the lighter color in the front, which I agreed to because it would be subtle. This was not subtle. She got angry and said she could try to tone it down, or cover it up, but, "she would have to charge me extra and there would be a visible line." Me being a 17 year old girl there alone, I was getting intimidated, and although the "toning down" did close to nothing, I still proceeded to PAY and leave, merely to get myself out of there.

A trim here = 3 inches,layers, and a uneven head. VERY upset with the unskilled staff. I just wanted the very little ends taken off.
