Worst experience ever with this Clackamas Ashley furniture location.. once we paid for our furniture the customer service went out the door. We purchased a bedset and couch, called back to get a price adjustment ( being told we could) after getting this price adjustment approved by the manager, we called 2 weeks to get an update on it and it was being processed, called 4 weeks later and now it's denied. Not only do they not return your calls when they say "we will call you back". Veronica was quite rude over the phone. Also when we went to pick up our furniture we were given a used bedframe (wasn't in the box and was dented, and poorly fixed) I called to have a new one, and was told a technician would come fix it but I explained this one wasn't new it came used, and to put the cherry on top they also forgot my pillows for the couch and my bed rails... yikes WORST experience ever with them, definitely do not recommend anyone to shop with them
