I visited Simone's shop this past summer in search of the perfect gown for my fall wedding. I was met by a friendly staff member who took me directly upstairs to assist me. Through the entire process both Simone and her assistant helped me in and out of the dresses and provided feedback. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Simone was about her dresses and which ones would fit best for my style and body type. She was truly amazing through this entire process and literally did everything for me! I could not be happier with her kindness and professionalism! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone!

I can definitely say I had a wonderful experience, they had so much patience and I tried on at least 10 -15 dresses and after 2 1/2 hours Simone's comes down and find my perfect dress, I really appreciate it she stayed open half hour after they closed time just for me and that means taking care of their customers and they are doing absolutely a wonderful job they also have so much to choose and Beautiful accessory. I highly recommend this place for anybody that is in need of any type of dresses!!! Great job Simone's thank you

This was our first stop for my daughters wedding dress shopping weekend. Simone was super helpful during the whole process. She was great to work with and did a great job of helping Rachel figure out which silhouettes worked best for her style and body. Thanks a bunch Simone.

Super Service and Class

I just had to say something about this place of business. When they say "they will bend over backwards for you"; They truly stand behind it. Check it out! I would have to say, it's one of The best Bridal shops around. You should give them a try, you will love them

Very disappointed with this business. They ordered me a dress and mailed it to me with the promise that it could be returned for credit. Then when I attempted to return it they said it had to be returned in three days. It was *mailed* to me. How would I get it mailed back to them in three days? Unresponsive and won't return emails. Think twice before ordering from them online.

I have bought 4 gowns here and unfortunately to say, I will not be coming back. They used to have an amazing staff with wonderful customer service, but anymore, they seem very lack luster and have lost their sparkle. Last time I was in it seemed as though they would think up any compliment to throw in just to make the sale- whether the gown flattered me or not. It has become all about the money and with that I am very upset and let down. Simone's used to be my favorite place to go.

I've been shopping at Simone's for years and thus I know a lot about these folks and their procedures. They have superior customer service and genuinely care about their customers; I know this because they do not get paid on commission. I find it very hard to believe any one of them would roll their eyes at you. They are very honest and really want you to make a good purchase that is flattering to your body and truly helps you shine. Would you want someone leaving your store looking awful in a dress and telling everyone that they bought it at your location? I think you misunderstood the consultant helping you--she was probably joking with you and wanted to get you into another dress that you did like. They work with a lot of people every day and really like to keep the process going--there's no point in keeping you standing in a dress that you don't like. You should really give them another chance and they do have sale gowns for the bargain shopper!

If you have never been to Simne's Unlimited, I would highly recomend you do. They really know what they are doing in there, We came in for a couples massages and ended up there for Manicures and Pedicures as well, they were really nice, polite and extremely proffessional. You can tell they love what they do. They even ordered Lunch for us since we spent more time than we planned on. We didn't want to leave. I made an appointment to return for High lights and A hair cut with Shai, a very sweet young Hair dresses that is a color educator. I found a new place to go to and I will recomend this spa and bridal to anyone. it's a one stop shop.

If you are from the area, or not, you may want to think twice about doing business with Simone's Unlimited. I had been forewarned before launching my bridal conquest; however, I thought luck would precede me on my venture to this local and convenient shop. I was wrong. Take the "All Sales Final" on the bottom of her receipts seriously, because if not, you'll be in for more than you bargained for. She is currently holding my mother and grandmothers gowns for my wedding hostage because they refuse to pay for alterations they didn't want done. We are now out $700. And trust me; the dresses aren't even worth that. If Simone's is your last resort, her staff is wonderful, but Simone is a worm with business. Just be cautious.

I have been shopping everywhere with my daughter for a prom gown. I can’t believe the way people treat you when you are there to spend money! At Simone’s, we got the best service EVER! And we found the Best selection in gowns her size. The place was packed with people looking for gowns and they very were busy but, some one came right over to me and gave me all of her time and attention, making my daughter truly feel special. Simone came in to check on us from time to time to see how we are doing. I can’t say enough about this shop. When my daughter is ready to be married, I’m going there first! Keep us the good work. You are number 1 in my book.
