If I could give this experience 1/2 of a star I would have. I was under the impression by the cleaness opon arrival and the reviews that this was a good place to leave my�dog. Ha! I dropped him off things seemed wonderful. I called notifying that we had gotten back early and I wouldnt be needing a half of a day longer care. The owner snipped at me fine and hung up on me. With this red flags went up. I went to pick my dog up was in her building waiting on her to come over and process the return of my dog. She not arrived 2 minutes after pick up time shr processed my payment charging me for the additional half of a day. When I pointed it out she stated that he was to be picked up later in the day on our original plans that she also feed him. And that it was after 9 when she processed my payment. I then showed her the time on my phone and stated I had been there waiting on her till she came over. She returned my money in cash for the half of a day. Thinking this was the worst of it. I was blown over when I received my dog he was covered in poop. Not he accidentally steeped in it NO COVERED. I looked through the window in the door and his kennel floor had poop in many places. I got my dog and left I will never be using this place ever again. When at a check up appointment with my vet shortly after this experience I was talking with two different dog owners there about the experience due to the fact they both had recently kenneled at other locations they stated they both had bad experiences with laurel hills and both had heard horrid stories. Bottom line I love my dog to much to subject my dog to neglect and to pay for that neglect hell no!

Boarded our coonhound there a few years ago and plan to do so again this year. Very pleased with the cleanliness and safety of the kennels, as well as the professionalism of the staff. Great drop off and pick up times and comparable rates. Our coonhound warmed up to the staff very quickly and even gave one of the staff members a lick on the face shortly after we got there! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean place to board your pet.

A great first impression. Clean, friendly, well-managed grounds. A great cut for my shichon for a great price. I have tried 3 other groomers in Hanover and Lori did a great job listening to my needs and providing the grooming that I wanted. Very professional operation.

We have boarded and groomed with Laurel Hills for about five years - since we've had our pet dog. The owner/employees have always been helpful,considerate, and keep the pet's interest uppermost in their minds. We hate parting with our pet whenever we leave her, but try to look at it as we did with our kids going away to summer camp. She is going to "doggie camp", where she is well cared for; and, we feel better, knowing she is getting thoughtful and responsible attention. r
