Provided by YP.comIn May of 2012 I had a new hard drive installed with Windows 7 64 bit OS. Along with having the OS installed on my new hard drive, Computer Center of Hanover installed MS Office 2010 Professional Plus. After a year I started getting a warning when opening up any Office applications. It stated that my applications were not activated and asked for a valid product key. I had the key and kept putting it in, but to do avail.
I called Microsoft about the problem and they told me that the product was being blocked because the product key was not valid. In other words the software that Computer Center of Hanover put on my computer was a counterfeit product. They told me to go to Microsoft's website and file a counterfeit complaint, which I did.
Do not use Computer Center for any of your computer services. You will be gravely disappointed.
