I went inside to get lunch (I was in a hurry) and had a great experience. I was in and out in about 3 minutes and the food was great (and not sloppy, like you get at a lot of fast food restaurants). The food is always fresh and is pretty quick every time I go.

I ordered food through the drive through one morning and got up to the window to pay and since there was no time lapse from order to the pay window, I was still getting my money ready. The guy on duty cussed me and I told him to forget it. I went inside to pick up my order and when informing the lady at the register what happened she told me it was the owner's son and there was nothing she could do. I have been back and he has since been pleasant but....9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. I have learned NOT to go home without checking my order as I have had to drive all the way back several times. I also went to the drive through about 10 minutes before closing only to be told they could not give me coffee as it had already been dumped and could not get sundaes as they were cleaning the machine. It's all about who is on duty. There are some there who provide great customer service.

Not satisfied

Even though the food was hot and well put together, the service was less than satisfactory. After we placed our order, our food that was done was placed on our tray to turn cold before the entirety of our order was done and left for the next customer to breath and cough over as they placed their own order. After we recieved our food, we set out to find a clean table. There was none to be found, but there were three McDonald's employees helping each other get one stack of cups. Yes, three employees, I'm not making this up. Once sat at a table, my husband and I became aware that the girl that had taken our order had skipped over half of my order, and he had to return to buy my french fries to go with my sandwiches. A gentleman sitting at the table across from me aired his grievances and informed me that this McDonald's was the worst he had ever taken lunch at. Something told me he wasn't lying. After my meal was finished, I went back to the front to tell McDonald's employees of the dissatisfaction I had, and in turn the girl behind the counter looked at me as if I spoke another language. I would not recommend dining in, and if you go thru the drive-thru, check and make sure all of your order is in the bag before you pull away.
