If you need to use a guest conputer, you must have a hannibal address, on your dl, they will not allow you to use an out of state id! Next the computer is $2 an hour to use it! The staff is rude, and very unhelpful! Bathrooms another nightmare, only one set in the building, with only one adult toliet, the other is a pre-school potty. So if you vist from out of town, make sure to potty before you arrive, don't plan to borrow a computer, and dont ask for help! You would think the staff are guards at Fort Knox! Their a greedy paranoid bunch let me tell you, I have never been treated so rudely in my life!
