Absolutely one of the worse car repair experiences of my life. I will never go back, I was told that the job would take 2 hours it took almost 31/2. I asked about the online coupon for a free oil change with the service I was getting which was $275.00. I was told I would get it BUT it was "conveniently" not written down on the work order. I was told I would have to WAIT again! After my car was fixed the guy fixing it drove it a total of 4 different times, kept "peeking" at me to see if I was noticing (YA I WAS!)...then I was told I would need a front end alignment, and because I need a front end alignment my steering would be "off" how about ...MY STEERING WHEEL IS SIDEWAYS!! LOL! Really?! While I was there customers either were turned away or left because of the wait and the POOR, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEand waiting! "IT IS WHAT IT IS" was all the guy "Eric" kept saying about the bad service and forgetting my oil change. Well I guess this poor review "it what it is" also! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to come to this place. 4043 West Mercury Boulevard
