Brought my daughter’s computer here end of day Wednesday due to the setup process continued to loop on me. Was told would be ready next day Thursday if not, definitely Friday. Came Friday after they called and said it was ready, they being Courtney. Wasn’t ready because she accidentally downloaded temp software onto the computer and I sat there for a hour or so for them to try and download the correct software. Came Saturday because they said it would be ready again. Still downloading software. Sunday she said come Monday so the master tech could take a look. Still couldn’t get it to work. Couldn’t admit they weren’t able to do something so simple she blamed the drive and it being a “lemon”. Brand new computer and I had just opened it. Why keep pretending you could fix it? What Master Tech? Never again. Maybe good with phones but definitely not master anything after that and do not give them your computer if you care anything about it. Wasted my time and money. Gave this place a chance during these tough times when my brother, who received his masters in computers, easily fixed it 🤨

The absolute best prices and service in Hampton/ Newport News area. They had my phone looking better than new in less than an hour! I called everywhere from here to norfolk and the price could not be beat for iphone screen replacement. Wasnt expecting the best job due to the price but was pleasantly surprised. The place is located in Peninsula town center . They also sell refurbished phones there different carriers and models but great prices . Def worth checking out.

I went in to get a part replaced on my phone 7 plus that I thought was causing a problem, Alex replaced the part multiple times with different ones only to find out it was a software issue and not a hardware one. Alex returned the original part and with no service charge! Great place with good and honest customer service.

I decided to repair my screen and purchased one from the Internet (specifically for my phone).

I didn't realize I'd received the incorrect screen until I destroyed my phone. I went to a place down the street that explained my phone was now worthless ... He directed me to Danny!!

Here, I was treated like royalty! Excellent service as i received my phone quickly in working array. I couldn't be more satisfied!
