Horrible experience!!!! This people sprayed foam the unit and now is giving us problems. Called Michaels and Son and control Climate and both companies said that theyou NEVER seen this in their life, that whoever did this job didn't know what they were doing. The amazing part is that this company doesn't follow up with customers, I called Bobby 7 times and the owner of the company 4 times and none of them had return calls. Even doing this chappy job, they broke the ceiling. Dealing with this 3 companies, the best one is Control Climate. Stay away from E.T Lawson, they are thieves!

We have used ET Lawson for years on our Church heating requirements and now use them for our A/C requirements as well. They are Dependable and Honest. The Church had an old boiler that finally gave it up. We called ET and told them we need a new one. They researched the old one and found that it had a lifetime warrentee which was unknow to us. They installed a first rate high efficiency unit at no charge to us. What a great Company. Tom Blake

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Absolutely horrible. Refused to come to my home despite us having the "Presidential Plan". Read other reviews. We have since switched and will NEVER go back.

Will not just sell you oil. You have to sign a year contract and pay monthly cannot get oil and pay them cash. They don't want cash they want your credit.

We're a new customer and after a number of repeated problems including wells allowed to go dry, techs relieving themselves in our yard, no return calls....this is NOT the ET Lawson of the past. Go to another company.

Would only service my home with a SSN to verify credit, whether I had the cash or credit card or not! With identity theft high, this is unexceptable!!! Will NEVER recommend or call again!
