Minor repairs to major repairs (engine overhaul, replacement, etc). 4 wheel alignment capability. High quality work, informs customer of what needs to be done before doing repair. Does repair on local law enforcement fleet. Front end office need to be modernized, need Auto repair management software, need better office customer service representative. Actual owner and mechanics have great customer service reps capabilities, but, must be interrupted frequently due to lack of office receptionist to take incoming new activity. Front end office rep lack automotive repair knowledge/skills and technological skills. This feedback is based on the period Nov 2103 to April 2014.
