This place is horrible. I had a toothache and went to this dentist to have it looked at. They took one xray on the tooth that was bothering me. I was not impressed at all by the proffesionalism of the dentist. She looked and told me in 2 seconds I needed a root canal and crown. Which is believable. I decided to get a second opinion since she didnt feel the need to tell me anything about the process just all the charges and they wouldnt make ANY payment arrangments with me at all. I found a new wonderful dentist Caring Family Touch dentistry in McDonough and needed my xray to take. I called to get it and was told I could not! They couldnt hand me the xray of my teeth they would have to mail it, that was the law?. My new appt was the next day so that wouldnt work. The receptionist also advised me I would have to pay $45.00 to get it and that was the la?. I called the new dentist which was astounded that I was told that. She said that was very bad customer service that anyone can obtain their own xray that is not the law at all its the dentist being rude. Also she said they never charge for anyone to have their own xray but that some practices do but its never been heard of to be more than $25.00. She then asked if I paid them my copayment of $50.00. I said yes, she then said but you had no work done at all. Normally that would be sent into the insurance company and once the work is performed the co-payment is due and applied towards any work they do in their practice. I just hope others read this and dont get the same dissatifactory service and note as well their prices are twice as high as the new denist and what they said I needed done just became a cavity filing. To know I would have almost paid for a root canal and crown make me sick to my stomach. This company should not be in business to rip off customers who come to them for help and assistance and get disrespectful service and lies. Gave one star because it made me to send the review. This place isnt worth one star.
