ADM Roll Off delivered a dumpster for a roof replacement. The dumpster was placed in the driveway at the time of drop off. When ADM came to pick the dumpster up all hell broke loose. The driver was obviously drunk. He smelled like alcohol. He then proceeded to take the dumpster off the FLAT driveway, turn it sideways in the yard and pin it against a tree. WE videotaped and photographed the entire debacle. Needless to say the yard is absolutely destroyed after 3 days of rainy weather. The front yard looks like a motorcross track now thanks to ADM roll off. When we called to express my frustration, the immature little girl (Taylor) claiming she was the "manager" said they are not responsible for their gross negligence and the damage that resulted. Then to add insult to injury the little girl hung up on me and refused to answer any calls from us. HORRIBLE COMPANY. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE LIABILITY. HORRIBLY IMMATURE. I ordered a dumpster to be placed in the driveway by a qualified, experienced roll off company (not thrown off a truck into my front yard by a drunk, inexperienced, careless person. The company never even apologized.
