absolutely terrible. My mother came in and bought 4 new tires for 900$ , everyone knows you do an alignment when you put brand new tires on, even walmart does. They did not. Her tires now have no thread, after just a few months and they refuse to do anything about it. Now she cant even drive her truck anywhere without worrying about her tires blowing & little money. Better off going to a junk yard for used tires. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.

Called Losco Motors last week and gave them specifications for tires for my BMW (run flats). They said they would install them. I told them that l was gonna call Tire Rack and have the tires delivered to them. They said sure. When the tires got in l was told they could not install run flats. So l asked if they can send my tires to another place that actually does this since l had already paid for shipping to their place on the understanding that they would install them. The answer to that question was no. When I asked why they let me ship my tires there when they could not install them the answer from the technician was, "Coulda, shoulda, woulda, we can't install them". Class act indeed! I had to find my own transportation for those four tires to another place at my cost.
