My children have been in in the care of Storytime for 4 years now. At the beginning of every year and at sign up we received notice of all holidays. There is also always signage at the door, and on the sign-in sheet. I have never once experienced anything negative, and if I ever questioned something I was always more than welcome to speak with the owner or director. I'm appalled that some people would blatantly lie and try to hurt a small business like this out of sheer spite. She was unaware of holidays and other parents corrected her and confirmed that we all knew about the holiday and she became very defensive and irate. I cannot imagine my boys without Storytime. I'm so happy with them that I plan to bring my baby there once she's born as well.

This place is amazing. The teachers treat my son with respect and he always comes home saying good things. He has been at this school for 3 years now and I wouldn't change a thing!

Thanks for review. Although it's completely untrue. One thing that was failed to mention was that the owner had to call the police on said parent for not leaving the daycare when asked. Also driving recklessly with the baby in the car.

My child attended this daycare for nearly 9 months. In the time that she was there, I witnessed adults screaming at children and telling them to shut-up, young children watching movies all day long, playing video games. I never once saw any type of "learning activity" going on. They closed for a holiday and didn't notify any parents that they were going to be closed until a few days beforehand. When I voiced my displeasure to the owner, she told me to find another daycare. Shortly after, I notified the owner that I was leaving for another daycare and giving her a two week notice. The next day the owner called and told me I had to find another daycare for my child immediately. If I didn't have my child out by the next business day she was going to raise my tuiton. When I picked my child up that evening. The owner proceeded to call me profane names and swear at me. Inside the daycare, in front of the children, while I was holding my child. I will NEVER recommend this facility to anyone.
