Every time I call for test results (because they do not call in a week to let you know), I am put on hold, forgotten about, and then have to call several more times before being told the nurse is not available. The front desk is often 'too busy' to listen to any concerns. I have walked out after waiting over an hour with an appointment and being very sick. They did not care and I called back to complain to the front desk manager. Dr. Smith often comes in, listens for 10 seconds then writes something up and rushes to walk out. He does not always explain and does not make sure that that is all that is going on. He cannot wait to get out. I will be finding another doctor after changing insurance in a couple months. I am tired of the office staff and doctor that does not take their job seriously.
