Worst flower shop ever. I only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Flowers were not delivered as planned. She did not honor all orders I paid for flowers that was NEVER delivered or made. Customer service skills are very poor. WORST FLOWER SHOP EVER.

The lady on the phone was rude and declined to help me because I did not want to purchase more than $50 of flowers even though I was willing to pay the $10 delivery fee for her to travel less than 3 miles for her to deliver.

I agree. I currently live in Columbus, Ohio. I am originally from Independence, Louisiana. If you are looking for quality flowers and service, for a reasonable price, save yourself some time and skip everyone else on the list. I have been using her services since 1982. I always call her to let her know what I need and how much I have to spend. The quality and her expertise has always exceeded my expectations. Everyone that I have sent flowers to has always been more than pleased. The staff is very polite, attentive, and have always made sure that deliveries are on time.

This is one of the best florist I've ever used.. The staff is extremely helpful and exceptionally pleasant.. I have always been more than satisfied with the product they deliver.... I never use any other florist, although, I've tried many in the area.

I now live in Maryland and call all the way to Birdies in Louisiana just to be sure the product and service I get is the best..
