Best Car Wash in Hammond! I wouldn't go any where else! All the other car washes I have been to never dry/clean my car as good as this one does AND I love the new mat cleaners.

TERRIBLE!!! We went to get my son's car washed here before we shipped it to the Marine base where he's stationed, and were horrified to notice the whole front bumper had been ripped off his car while in the car wash, but the kicker is that the manager, Bill Starner would not in ANY WAY offer any reparations for the damage, claiming the bumper had previous damage to it which caused it to come off in the car wash. Well, if the bumper was so "severely damaged before entering", then why would the attendant allow it to enter in the first place?! Anyway, all I know is that while my Marine is away serving our country (without his car), Bill Starner along with the owner of this car wash are practicing terrible customer service here at home.
