Do not do business with Berryland. They are a crew of crooks. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am following up with a complaint to the state attorney's office for unethical and dishonest business and fraudulent practices

Bought an expensive motor home from this merchant & bought problems, over $5000 worth of problems! Its in shop now, this time it needs a transmission, & converter im looking at another $5000. I sent certified letter to manager, a lil hot head, very unprofessional, yelling at me & his famous last words before hanging up on me, you bought as is! Your choice, just trying too warn you!

Services after sales does not exist. During the prepurchase walkthrough, we notice that one of the cover for dining set cushion was ripped and request a replacement. Service told me they will order and mail the part to us. It has been over 3 month and I still do not have the part. I contacted their service department several times requesting status of this order and it seem like they could not find it in their system. Service told me they will call me back after some research but yet no return calls. Service manager just transfer me around to other service members. I RECOMMEND everyone buying an RV here to do walkthrough carefully and only sign the dotted line after they replace everything right then and there, otherwise just walk. OR JUST DO NOT BUY FROM HERE TO SHOW THAT SERVICE MATTERS!
