I am one who will take the time to call a business when I receive exceptional customer service, but I will also complain when the service is not great. I went to this business and purchased worms for a fishing trip and they died a few hours later. After complaining to a store representative I was treated rudely via text and suggested to go to Walmart or Cabela for my worms. I also received a text stating that I was an evil black bastard who was evil as shit; YES! this is a text that a store representative sent me because I posted on FB that they should sell worms that don't die shortly after purchase. I spent my money at their location for a bad product and then sent a text speaking about how disappointed I was with the purchase. As a result of my complaint I was called an Evil BLACK bastard (Great customer service, Right!). All I really wanted was an apology and instead got cursed out and called an evil black bastard. I will not ever go back here and will tell my story each time I go fishing to deter others from spending their money to possibly be called an evil BLACK bastard.
