I would rate this travel agent higher than "exceptional" if I could.



I started using this travel agent after I had inquired about a trip with agents at several travel agencies about setting up a plane flight and hotel in the Carribean. All the others came in with a three night stay at about $1000. THIS AGENT got me a one week stay (four additional nights) for just $100 more. Since then, I do not bother to call other agencies because I know she gets me exactly what I want. I give her my list of requests and she considers all on the list (e.g., quiet room with beautiful view) and seeks out the best deal. No matter how long it takes, she is not satisfied until she has provided specialized, personalized service exactly as the customer defines it.



It is amazing this travel agent charges such a low fee for what she does. She is not a travel agent that makes one or two phone calls to set one up as she desires. She makes as many phone calls as it takes to achieve exactly what the customer wants. She also provides advice that can save many hassles. One bit of advice she provided was to use a particular car rental company because the others were on or were about to strike (something I had no idea about). Thank God I followed that advice and she set me up with that company. The lines at most if not all the car rental places were huge. My husband and I were first (and the only ones) in line at the car rental place with which this travel agent booked us.



This is the first time I ever wrote a review on the internet. I wrote it because when looking for her phone number, I saw she had not been reviewed. Given all she has done for me, I wanted to do something for her. I recommend her without any reservation. Of the many travel agents I have ever dealt with, she is by far the best!
