I contacted Loudoun Septic Tank Services to get a quote for pumping my septic tank. The price was reasonable and they even gave me a coupon and rebate form that saves me $60. It was easy to schedule service. The staff showed up on time, efficiently pumped the tank, and mailed me a bill that matched the quoted amount. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I called these folks and they were real nice on the phone. They even accomodated my schedule and sent the truck out the same day. But that is the only good thing there is to say about these folks. The driver asked if he could drive across my front lawn and I said no. Told him there is a gate he could drive through on the side of my property. He said he didn't want to open the gate and wanted to drive across my front lawn. When I said no he became indignant and started cursing. I asked him to leave and he then threatened me. I ended up having to call the Loudoun County Sheriff's dept. As angry as he was I felt I was left with no other option.

These are the rudest people you would ever want to deal with. Driver wanted to drive across my front lawn which I would not allow. All he needed was a 50" hose.

When I wouldn't let him drive on my lawn, he threw his tools into his truck and drove away mumbling that he had a bad day.
