This company handled my mothers funds from social security- upon her passing we discovered they issued several payments to a lawn service, RG Yardmasters of Hamilton totaling $2,495 (over 1/4 of her account balance) in less than 3 months... paying for 860 pounds of salt in 33 days.. The work was supposedly authorized over the phone, however numerous services were added to these invoices after the verbal ok from my mother- these were services that you could not anticipate would be needed (weather related). The payee service indicated my mother should have signed the invoices upon completion of the work, she did not but these invoices were still paid. I have recently reported their questionable spending to the BBB, Social Security and the Ohio Attorney General. Who needs help like that??? I don't think this is a service anyone needs!!!
