This is a great job opportunity. My husband goes there everyday but out of 7 days a week he only gets work 3 days .The worst thing about it is he goes at 5 AM. everyday waiting for a job and sometimes there are no jobs so they don't send him out.It is a waste of time and gas.The good thing is the work sites they send him to are fun and easy labor for him.Another great thing is they pay him everyday he gets a job in cash.The most he has made so far was 89$ the least was %0$.Check it out!!

I'm willing to work hard and I desperately need a job. I always show up early and do my job.

I run a small construction company based out of West Chester,OH. On two seperate occasions I hired temps from this service and I have to tell you they were amazing(sarcasum). The temps from this service showed up nearly an fourty five minutes late, they were drunk AND stoned which is amazing because I hired six of them. I could immagine that one or two might have been intoxicated but for all six of them to show up bonked blitzed out of there minds. I fired them immediatly and called there employeer who appolgized and sent out a new batch of drug addicts. The new workers showed up about an hour late and again showed up stoned, they were a sorry bunch of hungover drunks that looked like they had just crawled out of a dumpster behind a soup kitchen. I have better things to worry about but if you run a reputable business and you want to get some work done and not baby sit drug addicts, then do not EVER HIRE ANYONE WHO WORKS AT THIS SERVICE OR HAS EVER WORKED HERE. I have also talked to a few other business owners and they will all tell you that all of these temps are a waste of money and a seriouse liability to your business.

I went to Labor Works about 3 weeks ago because I was in between jobs and I needed a little bit of gas money. Long story short I went to Labor works and Luckily I was sent out on a job the down side is that it was back breaking swet shop. The supervisors cursed at us and shorted us on our lunch breaks, one supervisor told a temp who was doing afairly good job to quote " Get his F@#$ing @$$ out and don't F@$#ing come back if you don't like it". I have never seen worse working conditions in my life, every single one of my co workers was drunk or on drugs. One man was throwing up in the parking lot and then was drinking wine from a soda bottle he was then operating machinery. Also at the Labor Works office I watched a man and two wemon smoking what appeared to be crack cocaine or meth from a pipe right next to the entrance. I was also harrased my a homosexual man that tryed to smoke crack cocaine with me, I of corse refused and he also reached in his underware and produced gay pornography and was trying to show it to me. I immediatly left and have NEVER even condisdered going back. My advice is to go to Belcan if you are looking for a quality employeer or possibley CBS Personel in Middletown.

I have worked for Labor Works of Hamilton off and on for the past 7 years, I only work there as a last resort as do most people. I would avoid hiring temps from this company or registering there as a temp. The horrer show starts at 5:30AM when you have to come in, in person to register, the manager selects who he wants to go out and everyone else is waisting there time. Mostly he selects the regulars who are usealy drunk or on drugs, typicly they have horrible drug problems, and he only uses them because they will work for any ammount of money. Everyone has to take a fake breathalizer test, no one is ever drug tested, everyone is payed "Minimum Wage",



This employeer makes illegal deductions from pay checks that violate the minimum wage standard. This company violates many labor laws including the laws that govern MINIMUM WAGE. I once worked a 9 hour shift doing tile at a school which should have payed pravailing wage. I RECIEVED ONLY $27 DOLLARS FOR MY 9 HOURS OF WORK. The manager made illegal deductions from my paycheck that put me bellow the minimum wage standard. This is not uncommon for this employeer, he still engages in these practices even after I have called the department of Labor on them no less then 75 times.



If you have been a victim of Labor exploitation at the Hands of Labor Works of Hamilton in the past 3 years please contact Mr. Rodrigez at the Department of Labor in cincinnati,OH and provide him with your name, dates of employment, and the truth about what is going on with this slave labor camp. He will investigate and recoup your money from this crooked employeer. Also in many cases temps are not paid for there work if they leave a job early, this is illegal, please contact the department of labor if any employeer does this to you it is illegal, and no employeer is allowed to retaliate aginst you for reporting them, if they should you are allowed to sue them in a court of law for lost wages and the employeer will be fined heavily. I was a temp for many years and I suffered at the hands of these modern day slaver traders and I HAVE COME TO SET MY PEOPLE FREE FROM THEM.
