Where do I start? Inloe's "fixed" our a/c unit (which is located upstairs for some reason) a few months ago. We wanted to even out the temperature of the house and ensure that the unit could keep up with summer temperatures, as it would constantly run during the day anytime it was over 80 degrees outside. Our house is small and only 2 bedrooms, so this shouldn't be a difficult task. We gave them over $2,000 and told them do whatever was necessary.

They accomplished NEITHER of these objectives. It honestly feels like they did nothing. We set the temperature to 73 in the summer, and the thermostat reads at least 76 all day. Our electric bill hasn't dropped a bit. The upstairs is so absurdly hot, we can't even go up there until sundown and typically I just sleep on the couch downstairs.

To make matters worse, the unit that they "fixed" started to leak the first time we turned on the air conditioning in April. Apparently, the techs tilted the unit away from the drain, causing condensation to pool up in the machine and leak brown, rusty water out the side. This caused major damage to the ceiling and drywall in the kitchen downstairs. We called Inloes about this, and they blamed the company that previously worked on the system. The unit NEVER leaked prior to Inloes "fixing" it and we thought "do whatever you need to" meant "make sure the unit works and won't destroy my home."

For what we instructed them, and what we paid for their service, there is no way they aren't responsible for this. Again, it leaked THE FIRST TIME we used it after they left. That's typically an obvious indication of fault....but not to them.

Inloes has refused to pay for their damages and our house feels as uncomfortable as it did before we hired them. Stay away.

Look no further! These guys are great! John helped me and he was so helpful and kind. He worked very hard to solve my furnace problem. I will never go to any other heating and cooling company. Call them!
