After three attempts over a couple of months to get an estimate for siding repair, I saw him in person at a trade show. Absolutely RUDE. If their workmanship is as poor as their customer relations, don't use them. By the way, I did contact a reputable siding contractor in the area who promptly made the repairs at a cost far below what I had anticipated.
