We hired Harris county appliance repair to come put in a new microwave and take out the old one. My husband did not supervise. The repair techs installed our new microwave and it did not work. The technicians told us they would install the next one for free, so my husband went ahead and paid them $125. We believe they told us this because it is possible they broke the microwave. We got another microwave, and when we received our new microwave, we called Harris Co. appliance repair back.

Suddenly they cannot complete this job for no cost as promised. I just spoke on the phone with them, and they cannot come out unless we pay them an another $65 dollars on top of the $125 we paid originally.

In talking to the receptionist I said “So even though we were promised a free installation we have to pay another $65 for your guys to come out. “ She confirmed.

I said “Even though your guys could have broken my microwave.”

And she said “Unfortunately, yes.”

“So I have to eat the cost of a new microwave and the total of $180 that I paid you guys.”

“Unfortunately, yes.”

3 weeks for part to fix refrigerator and the tech damaged my kitchen drawer when cleaning off panel. Didnt acknowledge i found after tech left. Harris Co app owner said it just popped apart And front panel bent down by itself. Didnt soeak to me in person or come to inspect damage. Unethical company

I bought an open-box 30" GE double oven at a big box store. We called Harris County Appliance Repair for installation service. They came within 2 days, on time, to remove/dispose of the old oven, install the new oven and even explained some of the control panel features that were different from my old oven. I will definitely consider them for any future appliance repairs. Thanks for the great service!

My wife talked to a repairman 15 mins after he called and she was on another line ....he said it would now be next Tuesday before he could come back ...so my family of 5 will do without a washer for 5 more days due to their attitude and wirk ethic
