I found the work to be quality. I enjoyed the outcome. Found the people working on me to be professional. I can also say that if you plan to use them for dental work. You should absolutely conFirm the. price for the work that you're going to have done. I personally thought that I had done a very good job on comparing price between companies, and was very satisfied with price and offered services with this office. However after several conversations with staff before the appointment, when I thought I understood the price and it was made very clear to me what that would be. I got halfway through my procedure, only to have the office manager approached me and inform me that the procedure was 40% more than quoted. Which put me in a terrible predicament as that price was over my allotted budget and available funds. So be very careful but once you walk in the price to Quality is good. This is just my opinion

I have been going to American Dental in Hamburg for a few years...recently I had an emergency and called after hours, I was seen the next morning...got amazing service and will never hesitate to go to the dentist again.

I just started going to this office in Hamburg. The people that work there are very friendly. The Dr is very nice and they let you know step by step what they are doing. I like this place better then my last dentist. I would recommend other people to go there. hochyjr

I have been going to American Dental for about 5 years. Most kids my age think of going to the dentist as a chore or are afraid to go but when I go I feel as if I am visiting part of my family.

I have been to multiple American Dental offices and Hamburg was the worst experience yet. Not only did I have to wait months for an appointment for a cleaning, when I went they wouldn't even do the cleaning only the exam. I had to re-schedule for a cleaning six more months out. In addition, when I asked for prices regarding a procedure, the price I was given by the assistant (not expressed it was an estimate), I paid and a month later I received a bill for an additional amount. When I complained about the misrepresentaion of the service-I was told by their billing person-do what you have to do-poor service-customer retainage means nothing! I don't recommend at all!
