lol at all these reviews, I never had any issues with this store and I have sent out many packages. I laughed hard reading all of these; so very comical. I liked the guy in there he is very blunt and great to talk too. Maybe people should lighten up a little and go with the flow. It really shows how pathetic people are when they actually met a real person who wont bow to your feet just becaue you are a customer. I swear reading these comments I felt like this guy is the dude from Clerks (1994).

i went there to send out a christmas gift to my father inlaw and mother inlaw and when it got to them it was smashed. we told the guy that it was there that it was a glass frame and it was fragile and he ignored it and kept picking on my husband about his jacket he was wearing.

I went in to pick up a package that was shipped directly to this store to be held for me. It is a package that I have to sign for, so I can't have it shipped home. I won't even get into the UPS policy of not allowing packages to be scheduled without paying for their service.



I went in to the store, and was told it was $5 to pick up my package. I asked why, and he said it was because it was redirected to him. I said, no, it was shipped directly. He said, "I own the store, I can charge whatever I want, I could charge you $100 for this". I said fine, I knew the shipper used FedEx and FedEx allows me to reschedule my shipment, and holds it for no charge. I would just switch to FedEx. He then started on about how he has to make money, and I could do whatever, was very rude to me. I walked out the door and told him to have a nice day. As the door was closing, he called out "F*ck off". I told my 10 year old daughter to wait outside, I walked in and said "Excuse me?". He claimed he didn't say what I thought he said. Regardless of what he said, he was certainly intending to be rude and obscene. He then told me "to get the hell out of the store", told me it was all on camera, and then called me a "wacko".

don't go. period. GO TO ANOTHER MINISHIP, UPS STORE, POST OFFICE.Needed to ship a package and the young guy behind the counter was seemed on the newer side, but I have patience, so no big deal. It was the owner who was so irritating and overbearing- it made 10 minutes seem like an eternity. He belittled his employee, calling him names, making faces,loud & arrogant attitude, acted like I was a bother- just general acting like a jerk. Made me feel uncomfortable, people in line and the poor kid helping me out. RUN, don't walk away- go someplace else!

So I have a piece of medical equipment which needed to be returned to the supplyer ASAP . I walked into this store on a.park ave in Hamburg proceed to give the plg to the store attendant he asked for my name then proceeded toile fun of my last name. I will never set foot in this store ever again.

This location is at a very convenient location between my home and office. I ship packages using a company credit card so I'm not concerned about the cost. I have shipped from this location on four occasions, three of the four times I have gone into this store, the wife, who I believe to be part owner of the franchise, with her husband, has waited on me. One of the rudest, nastiest business owners I have ever net. I figured I would give them three chances, I will now drive an extra couple of miles to another shipping location. I recently mentioned this to my UPS driver and he said that he hears the exact same thing from many customers, so I guess it's not just me. I won't be surprised when I drive by this location to find the sign gone and the store empty.
