I bought a used dryer from them because I prefer to do business in my own neighborhood. The woman selling the dryer was very friendly and accomodating.
Upon bringing the dryer home and hooking it up, it didn't heat. I called for service and the man answering snidely asked if I had turned the gas valve on. I'm a stationary engineer, of course I had. I made arrangements to have him come the next afternoon. After waiting for 6 hours, I got a call just before having to leave for the evening. I made arrangements for the repair person to be at my house at noon the next day. At 1PM I called because he still hadn't arrived. He came only after I threatened to cancel the sale. Do NOT expect good service. You will be disappointed
