We hired Tile Works By John to complete our Hardwood job. It took 45 days and 3 attempts before they got it right only after hiring a hardwood expert from a DIFFERENT company to fix their mess. They damaged walls, trim, paint inside and even outside on the front porch painted pillars. They didn't seal the vents while sanding and clogged up our A/C and froze the unit. They didn't protect our furniture and damaged personal property, broke a drawer on a bookcase and a precious moments figurine that was given to my daughter on her first birthday from her godmother. We have extensive repairs and expenses due to Tile Works By John's lack of experience, professionalism and concern.

Out of the hundreds of contractors and workers we've hired for 8 homes in 2 states and 2 countries we have never experienced such a nightmare.
