I just want to start off by saying all of the reviews below sound really accurate from my experience. I actually used to be an employee here at Classic Nails and I am surprised that the owner Mike and his wife are still in business. Never in my life have a met people who were so rude not only to their customers but to their employees. They treated us like animals. I worked 7 days a week and was constantly yelled at for everything. The man would always cut his customers with either nippers or a drill and make them bleed. I would feel so bad for the customers cause some of them were too nice to say anything. I have heard stories of people getting pedicures done here and losing their toenail to fungus which isn't surprising since they didn't really sanitize their tools. they would just put their tools in the sanitary bag to make it look clean. The shop was always filthy. They would reuse things that should be thrown away like the wax for deluxe pedicures. I mean if you can't provide good customer service at least be nice people so there would be a chance that the customers would come back, but they can't even do that. I recall one time when the man told a customer to "get the eff out of his store" when all she wanted was for his wife to do her nails because the man had cut her. Long story short, if you want to get cut, screamed at and maybe lose a toenail, by all means come to Classic Nails, but there are plenty of nail salons in the area, and I am 100% sure that any place is better than here. I really wish I didn't have to give them 1 star, but I guess they deserve at least that since they are still in business. If you still chose to come here after reading this review, just remember you have been warned...

My mother was cut while nipping, ok understandable then scraped so bad on her shin with pumice stone she bled.her nail polish was spotty and poorly done. I was cut twice and got up and refused to let him continue. The shop was dirty and they couldn't understand the problem. The woman screamed at me when they insisted my mother pay full price after such a horrible job and I slapped the money down on the counter. The shop is dirty. It was a horrible experience.

It is so DIRTY in there... Felt so rushed and is not worth a penny!! There's this really rude lady named SANDY I'm telling you her name because she's the worst nail tech I've ever had my nails done by . I got cut so many times , by her clipping my cuticles and on top of that I got a FUNGUS! they dont sanitize their implements (tools) my doctor said not to get them done for at least a year! So it can heal I'm in so much pain! I'm going to report them to the State Board! ASAP ...She didn't even seem apologetic and was blaming everything on me. I'm hoping that no one else experience what I've gone through ... They don't even deserve one star but I had to , to leave a review

No stars! Classic nails in haltom city is tacky! The worst nail salon I've ever been to! Went for gel nails (next morning they were peeling off) & got them redone since this place doesn't give you money back even if its their fault, well 2nd time I got them done & not even 30 minutes later they were chipped & peeling off! Try to get my money back & nope they gave me a fake number to contact their owner.... So unprofessional! Waste if my money, don't go here! They also were rushing both times to go with other customers who came after me....

Went for gel nails yesterday morning I noticed they were chipped & peeling this morning so I went back & told the lady who did them, so they re did them for free street I said I wouldn't pay again, well she didn't do them a guy did, but it's been about 30 minutes, & they are already peeling AGAIN so save you're money & time & go somewhere else! This place sucks & my nails don't even look pretty cause they rushed through the process to assist their other customers.... Never going there again!!!!
