Never again will I ever take an automobile to G&B auto, nor do I recommend anyone else. I dropped my jeep off on a Friday to replace my O2 sensors and have a diagnosis on an electrical issue. They had my jeep three days for a job that should've taken an hour max. The owner Richard, didn't call me with a diagnosis, ordered parts and installed them without permission, while charging top dollar. He literally charged me $347 in labor to change a switch, fuse, and relay, (20 minute job). When it came time to pick it up, my total was $630 and my O2 sensors weren't even done. He tried to charge me before that service was even rendered, didn't have an annotated bill and wasn't even tracking what exactly his employee even did to my electrical system. I took my jeep home and did in 30 min what these clowns couldn't do in three days. the dude knew I was a disabled veteran and a full time student too, but that's beside the fact, very unprofessional with no ethics. Don't make the same mistake I did.
