We miss the owner, Mr. Jerry. Since he died the laundry had change owner and every time is worst. The machine give you less time and the big ones steal money, you put money and soap and they never start working. We complaint with the owner and he refused to believe and even we spent 36 coins and the machine got stuck, when we complained he gave back only 16 coins once and then other day I spent 30 coins and he just gave me back $2 because he said he didn't see me in the recordings. I can't believe it. Service is not good, is not clean anymore.
