I brought my car to Kelley Collision two times. I was taken care of right away; the work was excellent; and it was returned to me very quickly. Last week I brought my car in for a minor part and it was also done with care and professionalism. Robin took care of myself both times. He is the best. Thank you Robin !

These people are crooked. Came for an insurance estimate. They bent the hood latch deliberately so they could claim that the hood wouldn't close, and therefore the car had to stay. It had opened and closed fine before their mechanic banged at my car under the auspices of tapping back the frame. They would not give me back my keys. I had pay a tow truck just to get the keys back. I tapped the latch back and the car runs fine. Do not trust these people. Don't bring your car to them. Don't leave them alone with your car. Don't let them touch your keys.

If minus zero exist, I will give it to them. I left my car there initially for 9 days, it took almost 3 weeks. Paint work and repair in general very poor, to be generous with the description. What really worries me is that my odometer had 31.3 miles extra and a quarter of gas used. To change a door and paint the side of the car you don't need to move it. I would encourage everybody to read reviews before selecting a place even when it is recommended by your insurance. I would NEVER used this place again. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Won't go back or refer them to anyone. The adjuster told the insurance company that it was possible that the damage to the rear of the car could have been two separate incidents. Adjuster (Jeff) said it was the insurance company that made that decision, Created another $500 deductible. My car was side swiped by a pickup truck. The side view mirror (towing mirror) of the truck hit the rear quarter panel and continued across the trunk. The trucks bumper scraped the bumper on my car. They said there was damage on the top and damage on the bottom. Their position is that it has to be two separate incidents. The Insurance company said that Jeff told them the trunk damage could have been from a gate arm. I told him it could have been from a runaway elephant, but it wasn't.

I brought my car here because my insurance company had them on their "trusted" list. on June 24 i brought it in for an estimate. They took photos of my car and said they would get back to me when the parts came in. Last tuesday (july 5) I still hadn't heard back from them, so i called and spoke to Desiree. She said that she would call me back once she figured out what was going on. It is July 11 and i have not heard back.

Dealing with Kelly Collision Center has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This shop painted my car in 2010, after having to refix problems they had already "fixed". By 2012 the paint on the vehicle has began peeling horribly. When I got into contact with the shop, they basically told me they couldnt help me, Until i mentioned taking it to court. After mentioning so, they told me to bring the car by, in which i did. When I brought the car in they took pictures and told me that i had a lifetime warranty on the paint, and that they would contact my insurance and take care of it for me. Before leaving that day, they told me that i would need to bring the car in again for my insurance to come look at it. After waiting about a month with no calls, I got into contact with the shop and they told me that I would be able to bring my car in the next day and that they would have a rental for me. When i got there, they asked if i could just wait for the insurance agent rather then getting a rental car becuase it would be quicker and easier. It WASNT. After about an hour of waiting, the owner walks up to Jeffs (the repair process consultant) office and just says "by the way, I'm not painting that car unless all that damaged is fixed, which they said would cost over $1000. This was never previously mentioned me in any of the previous communication between us. . Once i finally said okay lets see how much it will be, they were very rude to me and told me that they would not touch my car now. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KELLEY COLLISION CENTER TO ANYONE!

I think that this place has a very poor customer service. My nissan altima was there for service after my car accident. They gave one year warranty on the paint job, when paint on my bumper started to crack manger claimed it is because I either bump into something or someone bumped me slightly. There is no dent, and to my knowledge nothing happened of that nature. My thing is: if that is true how come the paint didn't hold, shouldn't they use some type of flex paint??? I didn't believe what the manager said, so I asked for a corporate number, he gave me number of somebody who works at the same office!!!!!!! Good old buddy system!!!!!!!! My numbers is now with Mr. Greb lets see if the owner calls me. If I ever have another car accident my car is going to NIssan, and I will suggest to all my friends to never take car to a privately owned place, because they will give you run around.

Worst Service Ever!!!

My car was there for 5 bussiness days and 2 non business, all approve claims from my insurance company, i had a full cover policy, appraissals and everything was approved out of nothing they decided that they were not going to take the job, kelley collision didnt give me any explanation why my car couldnt be fix as simple as that as , Asking me to pick up my car, which very happy i did and my insurance covered that, the attitude, the non values, this place can be trust, this place doesnt value customers, they are rude, and very unprofessional. I hardly recommend TO NOT deal with types of business like these. i was there because my insurance company directed me, i wish i could read a review before taking my car to these place. Literally the worst place ever.!!!

If zero stars was an option I ...

If zero stars was an option I would give it that. The new owner Kevin is extremely rude, unprofessional and in my opinion has no integrity. I gave Bill Kelley over $30,000 worth of work when he owned this shop. He rebuilt the engine on my 2000 Corvette in 2010 and re-painted the entire car in 2009. All this was done with a lifetime warranty. The new owner does not take pride in his work and does not appreciate Bill Kelley's longstanding customers that he worked so hard to develop a rapport with. He chased me away and told me to take my business elsewhere. I had to beg him to to put the corvette emblem back on the hatchback on that he removed. The shop had buffed out some rippling in the clearcoat on the back hatch and removed the emblem to do so. When I pointed out that he would have to put the emblem back on if the buffing did not work and painting was required, he advised me that he would not have painted it anyway (in other words he would not honor Kelley's lifetime warranty and GEICO's lifetime warranty) What a pompous man he is. I have never been treated this bad in my life. After arguing with me and verbally berating me he finally told me that he would only put the emblem back on if I promised to never come back. I told him no problem. There are plenty of shops that value your customers, Don't waste your money here.
