I have been going to this location since it opened since my mom lives in the neighborhood. On this occasion it was very busy and the staff could not seem to handle it! My mom received her entree but they brought me the wrong one. By the time I finally was served my mom had already finished her meal. I just took it home. There was no point in dining there any longer. Although the matrie D apologied and did not charge us for the dinner, it was a horrible experience. Our waiter basically ignored us and waited on his other tables. I’m not sure if we will be back again during this “bust” season.

Maybe its not for me?? I don't know but the ambiance is so stuffy. Really more of an older crowd for my liking. late 40's+. Everything is over priced. The food was just average for the price. Not worth it. The staff that his location is really rude. Thankfully there was one hostess who was actually very sweet i even had to tell her right on the spot that she was very nice and the rest of the staff was very rude. She mentioned they had just had a meeting and were told to have better attitudes. I wouldn't come here again. Its a lot of fancy shmancy hype for nothing. I regretted not going to Carrabbas instead.
