This is how my experience with auto deal usa went... First I called them on Saturday which happened to be their one day off (all of us need one). Lily, one of the owners, offered to come in on her day off to meet me for my convenience. Right away I could tell that this experience was going to be way different than every other experience I had in three weeks of car shopping. I declined the offer and came in the next day. The office and the staff were very professional and had a good clean look about them. I know a little about trucks and I know how to spot most red flags when buying a truck. While looking over the truck I was taken to shop where they lifted the truck on a lift so that I could get a better look and underneath. They did everything possible to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. So far so great. In summary this dealer had something that you can't fake.... Class.
